  To say that Bob's Auto Repairs has good customer service is an understatement. I just love supporting family owned businesses and the owner, Bob, stands behind his work. We've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have found his work is exceptional, backed by his honesty.
  
  We called Bob with and issue (covered under warranty) and without hesitation he stood behind his work and repaired it free of charge. They also have helped us over the years with the convenience of dropping our car and getting a ride to the office. We also appreciate the option to drop our key in the overnight slot.
  
  For years we have confidently used Bob for all of our auto repairs and we never hesitate to call him for a quick question, oil change, or a major repair.
  
  Don't let his small shop location dissuade you, Bob and his team provide quality work and service. We recommend them for your vehicle repairs over the dealership. This was a great customer experience.
